"Hello my name is Hiu Yau on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show how to cook general tso chicken. The batter ingredient include 1 cup of regular all purpose flour, 2 tablespoon of cornstarch, and 2 chicken eggs. The ingredient are simple and basically gives a crunchy surface to the chicken pieces flour as I say one cup it doesn't have to be any special kind. The cornstarch actually will give a more crunchy surface to the flour. And the eggs would be sticking ingredients for the chicken for the double dipping process."
