"Hello my name is Hiu Yau on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show how to cook general tso chicken. The ingredients for this dish are very simple we have skinless chicken thighs about 1/2 pound to a pound. We use chicken thighs because it is juicy and cheap. The other ingredients include onions, garlic, ginger. Onions we only need like a 1/4 of medium onions, ginger we only need a small chunk, green onions we only need like a 1/4 of a binge not that much. Garlic we need 2 coves and we need 3 dry chili peppers so that is all the ingredients we need."
