"Hello this is Hils'on nice to meet you right here I'm really happy to make you a video for Expert Village and today I'm going to make a vegetable tempura I hope you like it. When the oil starts moving, that means it has reached 360 degrees. This is good temperature for the tempura. Right now the oil is not moving so we have to wait a few minutes. You see how you can put about 4 spoons of sugar? This is going to add sweetness for the tempura sauce. "
