"Hello this is Hils'on nice to meet you right here, I'm really happy to make you a video for Expert Village and today I'm going to make a vegetable tempura I hope you like it. Step one I'm going to put the water in tempura mix. First of all go to the sink, you sink cold water and that is it. It is about 1 to 1. Leave about 10 minutes to dissolve in the water, so just mix it, keep mixing it. And just put to the side and leave it for 15 minutes and at this time we are going to cut the vegetables. "
