"On behalf of Expert Village this is Ian McSwain with Passion Foods in Miami, Florida and today we're showing you quick and easy Japanese recipes. Next were going to place just a little bit take a little bit of this honey maybe a teaspoon and mix it in there we'll take a nice piece of ginger. I found out the easiest way to peel ginger is to use a spoon just trim this off here and then you just take the spoon and takes the peel right off it's much easier than trying to use a knife. Use a grater to grate if off because the skin tends to get stuck in the grater so use the back of a spoon it works really well."
