"On behalf of Expert Village this is Ian McSwain with Passion Foods in Miami, Florida and today we're showing you quick and easy Japanese recipes. The second about quick and easy Japanese recipes is shiso orange ginger chicken and shiso or beef steak leaf looks like this and it has a very distinct flavor. I can only describe it as shiso flavor it taste like nothing else what we're going to need for this recipe is a combination of a 3 step combination of cornstarch for the chicken, then and egg wash for the second step to dip the chicken in and then thirdly to coat it again with cornstarch. So you have cornstarch 2 eggs that had been beaten and another bowl of cornstarch chicken breast which we'll cut up in large chunks salt, cayenne, some honey that we'll mix with the ginger and the orange and reduce."
