"On behalf of Expert Village this is Ian McSwain with Passion Foods in Miami, Florida and today we're showing you quick and easy Japanese recipes. Most places don't have fried scallions but it just looks really nice on a plate so while that's frying and come over to get the plate I'll be plating this on. Like I said this is the tempura sauce the fish broth soy sauce and Mirin which is a Japanese cooking wine add it together you can check the flavor really good. It's much different from soy sauce because that fish broth in it adds in a real nice almost like a smoky flavor to it. It should be done in a second flip this over."
