"On behalf of Expert Village this is Ian McSwain with Passion Foods in Miami, Florida and today we're showing you quick and easy Japanese recipes. I like butter nut squash because it's really sweet not just to fry but to bake it's a great winter dish but I find it to be I like the most when it's fried like this in tempura. What I'm going to do is take our vegetables over to the fry area and when you fry before you fry you want to have a either a plate or have a half sheet pan here with some paper on it to drain the product once its completed frying. So what your going to do is take your product here's your broccoli dip it in and then put it into frying. We'll take an onion same thing very quick and simple."
