"On behalf of Expert Village this is Ian McSwain with Passion Foods in Miami, Florida and today we're showing you quick and easy Japanese recipes. So we're almost there pretty close I'm just going to try to break up all the little bubbles here so it'll be smooth and you won't have any dry areas. That should do it that's about the right consistency there and as I've been doing this in the background here I've been heating up some oil and this is canola oil. Canola oil is a high smoking point it's great for frying or for salads dressing and it has a neutral flavor so it doesn't part any oil flavor into the foods that you frying so that's why I use it. Like an off foods that you fry you should have the oil around 360 to 370 degrees and that will give you a golden brown color when it's completed."
