"On behalf of Expert Village this is Ian McSwain with Passion Foods in Miami, Florida and today we're showing you quick and easy Japanese recipes. So we're going to add the tempura mix to the bowl and I'm not going to measure the thing to do is you can measure if you want but still even then it's more of a consistency than anything. So it's not an exact art so you want to do an exact science so you add in the cold water to it mix it first and see how it is and it should once it's at the right consistency it should like roll off of your utensil if your using a chopstick it should like roll off of the chopstick or this spatula here. It's just an eyeball thing you'll be able to tell exactly what I'm talking about when it's done just by looking at it."
