"On behalf of Expert Village this is Ian McSwain with Passion Foods in Miami, Florida and today we're showing you quick and easy Japanese recipes. What you'll need is this tempura batter, it's a premade batter and you use 1 1/2 parts of batter to one part of fresh cold water, it needs to be cold for tempura. I use broccoli flowerets, these are butter nut squashes which I peeled and sliced thinly, a red bell pepper, scallions and regular onions and so it's a very simple recipe. So I'll start off by mixing the batter for you."
