"Okay, now that we've put the wine in the bottle we're ready to cork it. So here we're using some real corks, none of the synthetic types, which I understand they're having trouble with. So we're using real corks. This is my corker. It's a fairly inexpensive item. There are very expensive corkers, there's ones that mount on your counter top, but I particularly like this one. So what you do is you load the cork into the tool here, and you put the bottle on the floor because it's easiest to do. And I like to put a piece of paper towel down there to keep any wine off the floor. Then I put my feet in between there to keep it from falling over. I set the bottle on there. You see where these two necks come over on it, and then we give it a nice push, and there's the corking of the bottle. And as you can see, it does a really nice job and we're ready to put this bottle on the shelf. We like to store the bottles like this. It keeps the cork nice and moist from drying out. This is an organic wine. It has no preservatives in it so this wine is intended to drink, and not to store. You are not quite sure how long these wines will last on the shelf because we end up drinking these wines faster than they stay on the shelf. So that's the story on making wine."
