"Okay, so now we're at the stage of finally filtering my favorite part because we're going to actually be able to taste and see what this wine tastes like. So first you would want to taste this wine to see if it's what you thought it was going to be. So we'll pour a little bit out here. Okay, we'll smell it, we'll look at it, we'll see, ah it's creating some good legs, you can see as it's going down the sides of the glass, it's just not running down like, like water, but it's leaving these, what we call, the legs of the wine. So I can already tell from not tasting it that it's probably going to be pretty good, so let me give it a little taste here. Oh, blueberry peach is delicious so we're going to say it's time to filter this wine. So what we're going to do is, there's a bunch of junk down here in the bottom and we don't want to drink that. So what we're going to do, now you can buy some fancy filters and all, but what we're going to do is we're going to use this organic cloth and we're just going to pour this wine into the cloth and let it slowly percolate down through the cloth. And you can hear it running. We're going to do it real slow because we don't want to stir up these fines down at the bottom that we want to keep out of the wine. So we're going to pour it, and it's sort of a visual thing. You can watch it go down and you can see when you get close to those fines because we don't want to get any of them in there. So this is filtering the wine."
