"Alright, now that we've filtered the fruit and separated the fruit from the digestive batch to where all we have is the fluids from the digestion. We would take those fluids out of your container that you were straining here and you would start filling up one of these jugs here. Now I have taken this glass jug, I have put it in my oven at a hundred and ninety five degrees for fifteen minutes, and that's to sterilize this bottle so that there's no contaminants in there. I would pour the juice from the fruit into this container, like this one here. Here this is elderberry blueberry wine, and you would fill this up to, just to the top of the neck because what you're going to do is put your breather in here and you don't want to fill this up too far. But this is the beginning of the second stage where now you're going to put this on the shelf and you're going to let it breathe and digest and turn into some really good wine."
