"Ok, here we are and we're going to talk about stirring the wine again. Again, we have it covered, we're going to uncover it. And it's morning now. We stirred it in the evening before we went to bed and this is the best time to remember to do these things, because this is the stage that most people forget to do and this is why the wine doesn't turn out very good is because they're not stirring the wine and making it sure it gets mixed up. So what we're going to do is, every morning, we're going to stir the wine. Now last night, before you went to bed, you stirred the wine counter-clockwise so today we're going to, in the morning, we're going to stir that wine clockwise and we're going to stir and stir and get that wine all stirred up. And now what you've got to do is that this is going to digest for about seven days, and you're going to have to do this process every morning and every evening, stirring the wine twice, making sure the lid's loose and covering it to keep any contaminations and any fruit flies out. But don't forget to stir your wine twice a day. Best to stir it before you go to bed and when you get up in the morning, that way you're going to end up with some really awesome wine."
