"Alright, now in making this wine, we've got the fruit all busted up and inside your container that you're going to let it digest in. Now we have taken about, in making your mind, wine, you want to take about a third of the fruit and then you want to add in about a third of the sugar. So let's say that you used three quarts of fruit, then you'd want to put in three quarts of sugar. And here we're using a raw pure cane sugar, which in making your wine, you want to make use the highest ingredients you have will give you the highest quality wine. So you would put the sugar in here and then you would put three cups, three quarts of water in here and you'd want to use spring water or water that has been treated to take out all the chemicals and all the chlorine and such like that. So this would be called our digestive bucket here, and after you put all that in there, we're going to stir this up and stir it up to get the sugar and the fruit and the water all mixed in so it's all nicely blended and mixed together real well."
