"Alright, now we're ready to put the, show you what we do with the fruit. Now here we have the strawberries, okay, and what we would do is put the strawberries, the blueberries and all that in this bucket here, which is the digestion bucket. And you would clean them, wash them, take off all the green stuff and you want to make sure when you go through the fruit that there's no damaged fruit when you put it in the digestive stage. You would take this fruit and you want to mash this fruit up and you can use a glass or whatever you come up with. You can use your hand if you want, as long as you have good clean hands, but you would take the bottom part of this glass and you would, you would push this down and you would start smashing the fruit. Another way that you can use to smash the fruit is, I have this food mill that I can put the fruit in there, the goopy part of the blueberries and strawberries would go into here or the juice, and out the hole here would come the skin, which we would take the skin, the juice and pour it in here and it would be all broke down. And sometimes this is a really thorough way of doing it if you have one of these devices. But of course you can always do it by hand with the smashing of the fruit."
