"Hi everybody I'm Jasmine and I'm host of 'Glorious Cooking' but today I am here on behalf of Expert Village to show you how to make a ham. Ham, ham, ham! I love ham! And we're going to move over here to this big o'l ham. Now we're going to set our oven to 400 degrees. The reason that we set it so high is that the ham is pre-cooked. And we want some of our sugars, onions and garlic to caramelize over the ham. So there a little brown sugar we dropped on the stove. So we're going to come over here and really just lightly season our ham with some salt and pepper. Now I know this doesn't look very right but this is a big ham. So, salt and pepper. OOh, hey look! See how cool that looks Its foaming up its getting really like all of the flavors are coming together. Were going to put this back on the stove so that it can keep cooking. And we're going to throw some salt on the ham. I know that it looks like a lot of salt, I know but its a big ham. Alright now, here comes the messy part. Some butter on top of the ham. Yes, we are using our hands 'cause we are using lots of this butter and we're going to just kind of rub it in. Now some people would have done the um butter first then the salt and pepper. But, I find that the butter and the salt and pepper together flavor each other. So, we are just going to come in like that and rub all parts of the ham we'll be back in a minute. Grab this butter down here and show you the front of this beautiful ham. And like I was saying, they are going to kind of flavor each other, they are going to season each other up that way. Alright, get it out from between your fingers. And umm we are going to pop this ham into the oven for 10 minutes."
