"Hi everybody I'm Jasmine and I'm the host of 'Gloria's Cooking' but today I'm here on behalf of Expert Village and I'm going to show you how to make a ham. Ham, ham, ham! I love ham! Ham, ham! Alright were going to come in here and add some more brown sugar because this is a really big ham and I realize that brown sugar taste with ham kind of tastes like maple bacon. We're just going to put another cup and a half in there because you need enough to cover this big ham. So we're going to come in with a little more lemon juice. That will counter-balance the sweetness of the brown sugar. We will and a teaspoon more of that mustard. Alright? And I've got some honey. When I was a kid my parents would always buy the honey bear. But I always hated the honey bear because you have to squeeze him and I feel like I'm hurting the honey bear. But we're making ham so its time to hurt the honey bear. I know that sounds terrible. But we're going to go with a quarter cup, which is about four tablespoons of honey. It?s going to be really, really sweet with the ham. We're going to come over with a little bit more olive oil. I've got Mediterranean olive oil. The reason we are doing that is so that It can caramelize with the umm, with the ham. So we're going to come in here and stir. Now be really, really, really careful because the brown sugar and the honey, its got sugars in it so its going to pop, its going to pop."
