"Hi everybody. I'm Jasmine and I'm the host of Glorious Cooking, but today, I'm here on behalf of Expert Village and I'm going to show you how to make a ham. So we just put our onions and garlic into the pan with our olive oil and the butter and now we're just kind of suateeing together and sweating out so everything's going to be nice and all the flavors are going to be together. The reason, I'm using a wisk for this particular part (I don't want people using a spatula). The reason I'm using a wisk is because once we add all our other flavors and ingredients, we can get everything nice and mixed together. So I've sweated just a little bit. I've got about a tablespoon and a squirt of dijon mustard I'm going to mix with the onions and garlic. Come with a little ground black pepper and salt. That's going to season the onions and garlic. Once you add the dijon mustard, you want to keep everything in the pot moving because you don't want the mixture to burn. We've got a big bag of brown sugar. Cut the bag open and grab a cup."
