"Hi my name is Jane Murphy and I'm a chef today at Zen Clay Cafe in Morgan Town, West Virgina and I'm going to be showing you how to make a heart healthy receipt called Chinese soba noodle on behalf of Expert Village. I'm going to cut up some zucchini maybe in quarters it depends on the size of your zucchini you want to get a zucchini that is not filled with seeds or if it is remove the seeds. We would just take about 3 slices and cut that in 4s. A couple of other vegetables that we often put in but don't have today would be snow peas but only when you can find them in a nice tender fresh state. And cauliflower anything that would boil nicely. Another vegetable that you can use is a onion you just want to slice and you really just need one slice of half a onion and we would put that in with our vegetables. We are good to go."
