"Hi my name is Jane Murphy and I'm a chef today at Zen Clay cafe in Morgan Town, West Virgina and I'm going to be showing you how to make a heart healthy recipe called Chinese soba noodle on behalf of Expert Village. Okay our first step is making the broth that we are going to be putting on the dish actually at the end but we need to make it first. So to make that I start with dry Shiitake mushrooms that I just hydrate by putting them in hot water which we have done here already. They stay in there long enough to get soft. Next we are going to take a large pot and into that. We are going to add 2 quarts of water 1,2. For our next step turn your burner on and get the water to boil. "
