"Hi my name is Jane Murphy and I'm a chef today at Zen Clay cafe in Morgan Town, West Virgina and I'm going to be showing you how to make a heart healthy recipe called Chinese soba noodle on behalf of Expert Village. Okay here are the ingredients that we would be using in our receipt today. We would start with our special spice blend that we use here basically a blend of onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper. Then we have a hot chili sauce that we like, some white vinegar, some salt, our soba noodles, and various vegetables such as zucchini, carrots, green peppers, red peppers, broccoli, slice mushrooms, and then tofu. And the we also have some soy sauce and maybe a drop or 2 of sesame oil. "
