"Now that our pasta is finished, we cooked and eaten it. It's time to take care of pasta maker. First we're going to want to disassemble it so all the stuff that we took to put it together, we're now going to do in reverse. You don't want to take it apart and try and clean it while there is still fresh dough in it so you can go ahead and let the pasta maker sit for several hours before you even start taking it apart. Everything is going to be a sticky mess regardless so it's a little bit easier to handle when it's dried too so we're going to pry this off now your pasta maker should of come with some dials. So if you can use them, then that is great for getting this off. There is always going to be a little bit of the pasta dough in there regardless of what you try and do so you just have to acknowledge that you are going to have a little bit of waste because there is nothing you can do to to get the last bit of it out so now we got it completely disassembled and we're ready to actually go on to cleaning it."
