"On behalf of Expert Village this is Ian McSwain of Passion Foods in Miami, Florida and today we're showing you a quick and easy Mexican recipe. Today I'm going to be making guacamole and we just mixed in the onion a little bit mix it around spread it through evenly and now we'll take the cilantro always check when your buying cilantro rather or not its washed. Because sometimes it may appear washed but its not and one of the worst feelings in your mouth is get a mouth full of grit. So what I do I just take a leaf and test it and it's been washed so some people pick off the leaves and don't use the stems. I just chop it finely I'm not to concerned with the flavors are just about the same so I just chop some cilantro and it doesn't have to be fine chopped, it could be rough cut like this. I'll discard the very bottoms of the stems because they are tougher and lets add maybe a tough more."
