"On behalf of Expert Village this is Ian McSwain of Passion Foods in Miami, Florida and today we're showing you a quick and easy Mexican recipe. Today I'm going to be making guacamole okay now we have the jalapeño chopped quarter of it put it inside of your guacamole mix that around a little bit. We'll continue to mix it as we add the ingredients by the time you finish it should be the right consistency. Now we're going to add the onion so this so we remove this end of the onion take the peel off I don't need all this onion that should be enough."
