"On behalf of Expert Village, this is Ian McSwain of Passion Foods in Miami, Florida and today we're showing you a quick and easy Mexican recipe. Today I'm going to be making guacamole and like any other dish that you're making, always check the seasoning at the end so at the end I would add a little salt just salt to taste. So you'll adjust it to where you like it so I also find in Mexico I don't think we see it so much here in the United States but in Mexico they finish this particular dish with a little queso blanco which is white cheese. It's a pretty sharp cheese but it adds texture, it adds a little color to the end of it and it really goes well with the fried tortilla. In the next clip I'll show you what utensils you'll need for this recipe. "
