"Hi my name is J and I'm talking on behalf of expertvillage.com this part of the quesadilla section I'm going to talk to you about little bit about garnishes. For garnish I like to use hot sauce in a squirt bottle like this that way you can squirt how you like and also I like to stick sour cream and I kind of let it come to room temperature that way it is a little more pliable. Out of the squeeze bottle it is not to thick. This way we can make beautiful designs on the plate. Also if you want to use chopped cilantro and also you can garnish with this beautiful green guacamole. Just get a nice heaping spoon of it and you can make a little ball out of it and put it right on your plate and that is what I use for garnishes. "
