"Hi I'm J I'm talking to your guys on behalf of expertvillage.com and we are going to go on with our quesadilla now. I'm going to show you what kind of cheese to use for your quesadilla. This is sharp cheddar and mozzarella jack mixed these are two wonderfully melting cheese. You definitely want a cheese that melts well because quesadilla is all about the cheese. There are variety of different cheese out there, there is Mexican cheese which is different kind there is panela, there is quesadilla cheese and there is all sort of different kind of cheeses. I just like regular old cheddar and Monterrey mixed. I also like to seasoning my cheese with a dash of chili powder and a dash of paprika. Mix that around and now your cheese is ready for melting. "
