"Hi guys I'm J I'm talking to your guys on behalf of expertvillage.com we are going to move on with our chopping. I have these cilantro I like to wash it when I get home and stick a nice clean paper towel inside the bag that way it stays fresher longer. What I do I'm going to grab a big hand full of cilantro, stick it on my cutting board, and I want to bunch it up like this, stick the tip of your knife on the cutting board and just rock away and try to chop this up pretty coarse it doesn't have to be so fine. Now we are going to get the Serrano, cut the end off, right down the middle, we are just going to use half of the Serrano. What you want to do you want to deseed it. Deseeding means taking the vein out of the middle which is this bad boy right here all the heat is all this stuff in the middle all these seeds all that stuff is the heat that you get. I don't want so much heat and you just the same thing, tip on the cutting board and you just want to cut them to small, small pieces that way you don't get a big chunk of pepper in your mouth. Now I'm going to get my mango. I'm just going to get a little bit of my mango cause I'm making this for my self and with the mango you just kind of scroll down to the skin. Ya you need a sharp knife, I have a knife that is pretty sharp it is a chef knife so I can do this a lot easier. If you don't have a chef knife then good luck. Taking out those strips just like that, it should just come out. Now with the mango you just want to cut these up just like that and that is the rest of the ingredients for our pico de gallo. "
