Easy Spanish Recipes: Adding the Cheese & Mixing the Ingredients

"Hi, I'm Jasmine and I'm the host of Gloria's cooking, but today I'm here on behalf of Expert Village and I'm teaching you how to make quick and easy Spanish recipes. And now comes the good part adding the cheese and assembling everything. So, you got a bag of fiesta blend cheese, or pizza blend or you can use Colby Jack, (let me get the bag open) we are going to use the whole bag, it's okay if you slit open the bag the way I did, and we've added or chicken to our salsa, our peppers and onions and our garlic, the whole bag goes in (my sister will be excited, we're big cheese fans in this family) now here comes another of my favorite part, the whole tasting thing, you basically mix everything up, all the cheese, the salsa and the chicken and the vegetables of course and then you give it a taste because you need to check your seasonings, grab a fork, it's good add a pinch of salt, just a little and some more hot sauce for a little spicy kick to it, really it's all about however spicy you want your chicken to be, this isn't going to be to spicy, so not to much hot sauce, now we'll get to the assembling part, I've got a baking dish right here, (got a little rosemary in it, that'll be okay) we'll take our warm tortillas out, they're not too, too warm, you want to make sure there warm and pliable like this and we'll get started."
