"Hi, I'm Jasmine and I'm the host of Glorious cooking but today on here on behalf of Expert Village and I'm teaching you how to make quick and easy Spanish recipes. So get all the same size, this piece isn't frozen so it's kind of difficult to cut. But just put together size wise. Move that over and we?ll do one more piece because these pieces of chicken are pretty large so we don't need the whole plate. Now you don't have to use chicken breast, you can use chicken tenders or you can use chicken thighs if you prefer the flavor of them. The thing about chicken tenders, they're a lot easier because they come like chicken strips, they are already cut half way for you so all you have to do is cut it across one way. So are chicken is all about the same size. Make sure we don't have any pieces in here that are to to fatty, we don't want that. We'll get the chicken in the pan with some seasonings. Not much of a sizzle, we'll turn that heat up a little bit and throw the chicken in there. When you do this you want a big sizzle, like that if not louder. You want to ensure everything starts cooking as soon as it hits the pan. That's why it's better to start out with a preheated skillet as apposed to a cold skillet. The reason we have our heat up to high is basically because the chicken is still half way frozen and you want it to cook quickly because this is quick and easy Spanish recipes. So I am going to give my hands a wash a little soap, thank you. OK then a paper towel. That just about wraps up the segment and now I guess will get started on the next step."
