"Hi I am Chef Donn and welcome back to Expert Village. We have just lined our Danish strip steaks with the blue cheese and our mushrooms and ham have been saut?ed and cooled so let's check on that and finish these steaks. Okay it seems to be cooled down nicely. What we are going to do is take a little bit at a time and just fill the steak up just like so. This is almost a meal in itself. Now for number two. You are probably wondering why am I doing two steaks and not just one it's because I love this steak so I want to make sure there is plenty. It is really unique with flavor, texture and you really don't find steaks prepared like this in restaurants nowadays. Now that we have the steaks filled, I am going to seal it with the blue cheese and then I am going to refrigerate these for about ten minutes just to let it set together. While we are doing this we will check on our duchess potatoes and see how we are doing over there. So this is the Danish strip steak, very very tasty. I am going to set this in the refrigerator for about ten minutes."
