"Hi! This is David for expertvillage.com. We are getting ready to serve up our deep fried turkey so here is a couple of tips on how to serve it. First you will need to cut the twine that was holding the legs together. As you see it held everything together and you will also see as I cut this why that you would need to have those on. Otherwise, the legs would just fall off. So we remove these strings. Come around, okay. What I would suggest first is to get your fork and hold this and you will notice that how crispy that is as it comes off and how easy the whole leg and thigh comes right off the bone right there. I like to take that; kids are going to love this, the turkey leg and then generally what I do is pull down the wing and then I like to cut it across the bottom of the breast, like so using a very sharp carving knife and then you can cut slices on the side like this. As you see, it is just falling apart. It’s nice and juicy and moist and again, it only took about 40 minutes for the entire turkey. So your family will love that. You won’t be slaving over an oven for 5, 6, or 7 hours and you have no risk of it being dry. So you see how quickly that comes out. So Bon Appetit, I hope you enjoyed it. "
