"Hi! This is David for expertvillage.com. We are just doing a little bit of dirty rice with the giblets while we wait for the turkey to come out. We’ve got some bell peppers here and some onion. We are ready to pop these in the pan with the giblets. We are adding some Cajun seasonings, move that around. It’s a really tasty side dish to the turkey. We’ve got some white rice here already cooked and ready to go. Pop that right into the pan. We’ll just throw this together. I like to add a little more seasoning to it. You can even add soy sauce to add a little kick to it too. This will go great with your turkey. "
