"Hi this is Dave for Expert Village and today we are roasting a pig. Okay we have our pig in the box now there is a drip pan below it and then what we are going to do you see it is nestled in. This is going to be the oven for it so it is going to roast it really nicely. You see this is a well use unit, I use this at least once a week for pork shoulders and whole pigs. Which you just put on this is going to hold your charcoals right on top of that. Then we can use the grate and actually the charcoal would go on top of this one it is going to be removed later, some to the dust/charcoal dust and then you can put charcoals back on and see how that process works."
