You are going to need about 50 pounds of charcoal recommend it would come with the caja china if you decide to get one charcoal lighter of course to get it going. A rake to spread the charcoal around you see what we are going to do with that later, a nice knife to be cutting on the pig, we are going to have some mojo Criollo it is called and you can get it premade like this or I will tell you later about the receipt to make this it is with bitter oranges and things like that. Charcoal lighter and of course the big thing would be the pig and I will tell you how to get one of these a little bit later. "
