"Hi again, it's Chuck Byers with Expert Village. And we're going to be talking about choosing that bottle of sparkling wine or champagne. Now there's no need to spend over $40-50 for a bottle of sparkling wine or champagne when you can buy something equally good such as this Cave Spring's Brut which cost about $29.95; big difference in price, same quality, same tiny bubbles. Now you're saying to yourself now how am I going to choose a sparkling wine or champagne? Well it depends first of all on the occasion. What occasion do you want to use it for? Is it just for a quick dinner drink or aperitif or do you want it for a special party. Well for a special party, you may offer vintage champagne or a vintage sparkling wine that is made in a particular year. Or you may decide to use regular champagne which is a blend of various types of vintages. Equally good, sometimes even better because you're getting a better taste to it as compare to or depending on a taste from that particular vintage that you may not like. Or you may decide on a sparkling wine from a different method than the champagne or method champagne noirs. You may opt for a cheaper vermouth wine, and by cheaper I mean less expensive because it's easier to make. Or you may opt for a tremendous German wine made from the transfer method. Either way you're going to be having a great time with a great, great bottle of wine."
