"Hi this is David for Expert Village and today we are going to make coq au vin. Okay our chicken has been in the oven for about a 1 1/2 hour we are going to take this out. Just put it on our stove top. Mmm it smells delicious already. Look at this beautiful the chicken is tender, check that out. What we are going to do now is lift the chicken out. You don't want to fall apart so just go ahead and get underneath it. Look at that it is coming off the bone right there. Get each piece. Put the veggies back in. Again this has been cooked in the wine, the broth, it is gorgeous."
