"Hi, this is David for Expert Village today we are going to make coq au vin. Now we have our coq au vin in. Every part is just right in here. Now we have had it on a simmer on for a while now and you can see the bay leaves, your mushrooms, they have been added towards the end. You can see the brown chicken right on top. It already has plenty of flavor in there that burgundy wine that we have mixed in. Now the next thing that we want to do is we want to go ahead and turn off our heat on our stove. Make sure you do that. The next thing that you want to do is go ahead and cover this. Now I don't have a lid for this particular size of pan but just using paper foil. This pot is going to be hot of course it has been on top of the stove. We would just go ahead and put this in now. It is going to be a hour and a half at 400 degrees and that is going to cook that chicken all the way through. Then we would check it about in a hour into it and just see how it is going. We don't want the meat to fall of the bone we just want to be able to have a nice serving of a really nice tender flavorful chicken."
