"Hi, this is David for Expert Village today we are going to make coq au vin. Now we have this beautiful beautiful bacon flavor oil here in our pan. We have our seasoned chicken, we are going to add this to the pan. Go ahead and grab one of these and just lay it right there. You see that little sizzle to it. All we are trying to achieve here is get a nice color on this and a nice flavor from that bacon. This is going to cook for about 3-5 minutes on each side. Of course it is not enough to cook it through that is not what we are aiming at. We are going to bake this pretty soon so if you have a smaller pan then this this is even getting a little small. What you can do is move it around. If you have a smaller pan go ahead and do this in batches you can do this 2-3 pieces at a nice if you like. If you have time at home and you just cooking a beautiful meal for your family just go ahead and put it in 2-3 at a time. Set it aside and put the other 2-3 together."
