"Hello! I'm Carolyn Saylors with Expert Village and I am here today to tell you how to make Broccoli and Rice casserole. Ready to go in the oven. Okay I am going to go ahead and put in the oven. I set it fairly close to the top and it is ready to go. I set my timer. I like to check it a little bit early so I will put it on about 20 minutes.
