Covering the Broccoli & Rice Casserole Dish

"Hello! I'm Carolyn Saylors with Expert Village and I am here today to tell you how to make Broccoli and Rice casserole. Now it is all ready to cook. I usually put foil over when I start and just leave it on there for a little bit so it won't brown too much too fast. Just put it sort of lightly around there. I am going to cook it in the oven at 350 for about 25 minutes and sometimes I cook it a little bit longer than that and I take the foil off about half way through and let it cook. I don't want it to dry out too fast though. Anyway 20 to 30 minutes in a glass bowl. It needs to cook a little less than it does in a metal."
