"Hello! I'm Carolyn Saylors with Expert Village and I am here today to tell you how to make Broccoli and Rice casserole. Okay next we will go ahead and get the Cheez Whiz ready and sometimes I can't open it. I have a little thing under my cabinet here that has little teeth on it and I stick it up there and it just opens it right up. I couldn't live without that. So now I am going to go ahead and just going to put the whole jar in there because I like lots of cheese. Put a little at a time, melt. Well I've tried several different kinds of cheeses for this Broccoli and rice but I always come back to Cheez Whiz because it cooks better in this particular casserole. So I like it best of all. It has the best taste to it. You don't really have to use this much but like to use a lot. Now we'll just let it melt everything. "
