"I'm Brandon Sarkis on behalf of Expert Village. Today, I am going to show you how to use a George Foreman grill to make stuff besides grilled cheese sandwiches and hot dogs. Next up I've got some wonderful zucchini. Next you are going to oil this up while it is on the grill. I just cut it lengthwise into long strips. You can also cut it cross wise with a disc if you want smaller pieces. But for me, I like it like this. Give just a little bit of olive oil on each one. You could also get some kind of marinade for this if you wanted. But I just like the salt and pepper and olive oil. A little bit of pepper and grilled veggies are great for you because you are not cooking in any fat and not adding anything to it. It is really really good and clean way to cook. Put the lid on top of this. Your zucchini is really going to depend on how thick you cut it or how thin you cut it. Zucchini is going to take about same amount of time as the corn so about five minutes it should be done. So we will be back in about five minutes to see what the end result is going to look like. All right so it's been a few minutes so let's go ahead and open this up and see how we look. Oops, looks so good, got a piece stuck in top. That looks perfect, beautiful, beautiful, grilled zucchini. So you can see how it's got nice grilled marks on this side and kept the skin on the back. The back has some nice indentations on it and the good thing, all we are eating here is zucchini, salt, pepper and just a tiny bit of olive oil. It is not like it is fried or anything. You can squeeze some lemon on top of this. It's going to be great. "
