Video Transcript

"Hi, my name is Denise and today we're going to making chocolate orange scones and on behalf of Expert Village, welcome. In our next clip we're going to dump our dough out and roll it out and be ready to cut it into our shapes. For this step you're going to need some extra flour and your rolling pin. Then we're going to roll our dough out till it's 1/8" thick, we're going to use a cookie cutter now, preferably a 1" cookie cutter or you can cut them into squares, circles, whatever shape you would like. I'm going to be using pumpkin since it's closer to both Thanksgiving and Halloween, we're going to take our cut scones and place it on ungreased baking sheet. If your cookie cutters start getting a little tacky get a little flour on it."
