Adding Chocolate & Orange Zest To Chocolate Orange Scones

"Hi, my name is Denise and today we're going to making chocolate orange scones and on behalf of Expert Village, welcome. Now that we made our zest we'll go ahead and add that to our dough now. We are also going to add half cup of chocolate chips, you can also add nuts instead, raisins, anything your imagination can come up with. But I love chocolate and we're going to mix this together, at this point mixing by hand usually works best. I'm just going to knead all this together making sure that we mix this thoroughly, our orange zest and chocolate chips thoroughly blended. Alright, there we go."
