Tips & Warnings:

  • Be creative with your spices.
  • Takes 2-3 minutes for prep time
  • you can garnish the finished slice with a bed of greens and fresh vegetables.
  • Do not over or under cook. (I know this is not what you want to hear, but its not too difficult)
Step1
Unwrap the frozen gifilta fish and remove it from the parchment casing.
Step2
Spray the baking pan (10" x 5" works well) with PAM and place the loaf in the middle of the baking pan.
Step3
Top the fish with your favorite spices. I sprinkle on the top Sugar, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic, parsley flakes.
Step4
Bake at 350 Degrees for 1 Hour & 30 Minutes until puffy and well done, not burnt.
Step5
remove from oven and place in fridge until fully cooled. once fully cooled, slice into thin pieces and plate. This usually makes 15 Pieces.
