Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

REPLACE YOUR FLUIDS. The dehydration your body experiences leads to much of the discomfort of a hangover, drinking lots of water may make you feel better. You have to rehydrate by drinking something that is not offensive to your stomach since alcohol at its excessive amount would definitely cause stomach irritation. Refrain from acidic fluids, like orange juice, may just make it worse. Majority says ,by experience, water is the best or mildly carbonated sodas. Skip the Black Russian mix.

  2. Step 2

EAT A BANANA. You may lose potassium with the frequent urination that you experience when you drink alcohol. If your stomach can handle more than one banana, the better it would be and the quicker your body regains its lost potassium.

  3. Step 3

TAKE TWO ACETAMINOPHEN. The best cures of a hangover-induced headache are non-asperin pain relievers.
