"Hi, I'm Amanda with Expert Village. In this clip I"m going to be frying the falafels. So I would start with 2 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet. I'm going to turn the fire onto medium heat to get the skillet nice and warm. The oil is nice and hot. I'm going to add the patties now. I'm going to fry the patties about 4 minutes on each side until they are crisp and golden brown. So it has been about 4 minutes and I'm going to flip the falafel patties over. They have a nice golden brown color on top. The patties are ready, I'm going to turn off the heat. I have a paper line plate here to absorb any excess grease or oil from the patties. "
